We are thrilled to report Olympic success for two OQs at the Paris 2024 games.

Rowan McKellar won bronze in the eights rowing, while Jodie Williams also picked up bronze as part of the 4x400m relay.

We couldn’t be prouder of our OQ Olympians, whose achievements are testament to the Queenswood Qualities of resilience, courage and resourcefulness.

Both Rowan and Jodie have been huge supporters of Queenswood Sport since leaving the school. Rowan was our guest of honour at the School Sports Awards in both 2020 and 2022, and in 2023 Jodie gave the keynote address at Speech Day, where she spoke very powerfully about the physical and mental challenges she has faced throughout her career, as well as her charity work in Uganda.
