The newsletter at Queenswood is a whole school effort and we are always keen to include contributions from our students. As well as sharing key information about the upcoming term and reporting on school events, the newsletter is a platform for all pupils to express themselves responsibly, to proffer or challenge ideas and to connect with their peers.

Newsletter editors, Mr Kelley and Mrs Leigh, are running a Newsletter Club again this term, and were delighted to welcome three students to the club’s first meeting on Tuesday. Eliska (Year 12), along with Lily and Miri (Year 7) were keen to share their ideas for forthcoming editions of the newsletter, and Lily and Miri have already contributed articles for this week about their experiences at Q so far.

At the club, Mr Kelley and Mrs Leigh presented the students with a reading book each and we hope to share reviews of these books with you in the future. If any other students would like to join the club, it runs on Tuesday lunchtimes, between 1.45pm and 2.15pm, in Heads End Study (the meeting room opposite the Admissions office in Trew).  Please do come along!
