Last Friday, March 14th, our Year 9 and 10 mathematicians celebrated Pi Day in a truly engaging way! Instead of traditional lessons, students dove into a series of challenging maths and logic puzzles. The classrooms buzzed with collaborative energy as teams tackled intricate problems, fostering both critical thinking and teamwork.
The atmosphere was fantastic, with everyone thoroughly enjoying the problem-solving process. This hands-on approach allowed students to apply their mathematical skills in a fun and practical context, reinforcing key concepts while honing their strategic thinking. A huge thank you to all the students and teachers who made Pi Day such a memorable and successful event!
Watch out for the House Maths Challenge coming after the Easter break.
