This week the Mathematics department received splendid news of the fine performance of a number of Year 9, 10 and 11, in the Intermediate Mathematics Challenge of the UKMT. 

This is an annual nationwide competition designed to test pupils problem solving and analytical mathematical skills.

There were a total of 28 certificates awarded, with 5 of them Gold. Best in Year 9 was Mahi K, Best in Year 10 was Serena L and Best in Year 11 was Rachel.
