Our favourite online bookstore, Bookshop.org, has launched an inspiring new initiative in partnership with the Indie Alliance and Bookbanks - a wonderful charity that works closely with food banks, using books and trained book professionals to create spaces for conversation, inspiration and community.

This December, 10% of sales from a curated selection of titles will be donated to Bookbanks. So you can give a meaningful Christmas gift to someone special while also supporting a fantastic cause.

Each book on the list is published by one of seventeen independent publishers in the Indie Alliance, and there are some great reads for the holidays. So why not pick up one of these brilliant books and contribute to an incredible initiative.
