A-Level Geographers in North Yorkshire
Thursday 23 September 2021
A-Level Geographers spent four days in North Yorkshire earlier this month, learning new fieldwork techniques in preparation for their individual investigations and seeing case studies covered in the classroom for real.
Topics covered included coastal processes and landforms, sustainable coastal management, how to measure carbon storage and investigating a sense of place.
There was still time for fun, eating ice creams from local supplier Mr Moo’s or climbing through the geo at Flamborough Head.
