Over the past fortnight, Queenswood’s Under 13 Hockey A teamcompeted in two separate tournaments, winning both in considerable style.
The Highgate and Royal Masonic School tournaments are both well-regarded, high-level
competitions.

The remarkable level of effort from the girls
highlighted the depth of talent within the year group. Overall they played 178 minutes
of hockey without conceding a single goal, scoring 42 themselves over the
course of the weekend. Astonishingly, every single member of the team contributed
with goals.

The girls played some excellent hockey, showing real
commitment both on the training field and in competitive matches. They truly
deserve their victories, having beaten strong sides on both days to secure
their trophies.
