CGTN Europe Interview with OQ Sally Poon

OQ Sally Poon is a Registered Dietitian who graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia with a Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics. She is passionate about helping people to achieve optimal health through a food-based approach, in which she incorporates research-based findings to promote healthy living and eating.
Sally’s food-based concepts have been featured extensively in newspapers, magazines, radio, and television. On 4 February, Sally appeared on the China Global Television Network (CGTN Europe) programme Food for Thought - The Agenda with Stephen Cole.
In the interview Sally explains how maintaining a balanced diet means eating everything in moderation. She also speaks about the increasing consumer appetite for ready meals and take-aways and gives some useful advice for those choosing a plant-based diet. You can enjoy the interview below.
