On Monday in Chapel, Revd Vindra spoke to us about the Holy Week timeline leading to Good Friday and the crucifixion of Jesus. We joined together in singing the hymn I Danced in the Morning.

On Wednesday, Adrienne S (9H) sang a beautiful rendition of On My Own from Les Misérables as we all entered the Chapel. The bible reading from John 20: 1-18,  was delivered by Head Girl Sofia M and it taught us how Mary Magdalene discovered the empty tomb, failing to recognise the resurrected Lord. The reading was then dramatised for us with a modern-day twist by Year 11 and 13 students. Our hymn on Wednesday was Thine be the Glory.
