On Monday 30 September, students were joined by Cath Churchill, a trainee barrister and Natural Sciences graduate of Cambridge University.

Cath passed on her hints and tips concerning how to make an Oxbridge application stand out, especially for STEM subjects, and what it takes to be offered a place at the expense of other very good applicants. She then went on to talk about pathways into the legal profession.

An excellent question and answer session followed, and we were delighted to welcome Cath to Queenswood. It is hoped that more guest speakers will follow later in the year.
