Professional dancer Georgia Godfrey joined us on Monday 27 January to audition candidates for the Dance Scholarship.

Georgia Godfrey was born in Leamington Spa but moved to London to pursue her love of dance. Georgia graduated from Roehampton University in 2011, where she gained her BA (Hons) in Dance Studies. Since graduating Georgia has gone on to perform for numerous choreographers such as, Lea Anderson, Shaun Parker, Joe Moran, Lalitaraja and Jai Yu Corti, as well as directing her own company KG Dance.

Georgia is a very physical and emotive dancer with an added love of Production and Drama. Currently Georgia is working as a freelance dance teacher, as well as touring nationally with, CODA Dance Company, C12 Dance Theatre and Ceyda Tanc Dance. Georgia is also working on projects with Simon Ellis and Joseph Mercier for 2013.
