On Thursday 7 November 2013, the DT department ran a successful and enjoyable trip to IKEA in Edmonton. The visit gave girls the opportunity to look at materials and fixings used for modern flat-pack furniture, reflect on target markets and observe current design styles.

We managed to resist doing any Christmas shopping, although it was very tempting!
