Explore life-changing science at the Crick
Thursday 29 September 2022
Situated just outside London St. Pancras station, The Francis Crick Institute is an independent charity, established to be a UK flagship for discovery research in biomedicine. It is home to 1,500 scientists and support staff working collaboratively across disciplines to understand the fundamental biology of health and disease.
In addition to scientific seminars, lectures and symposia aimed to share knowledge with the scientific community, the Crick also hosts a vibrant programme of events and exhibitions which are open to the public.
On 12 October, students may wish to find out more about the exciting work undertaken at the Crick by attending their 'Meet a Scientist' event. There will be opportunities to meet scientists, technicians and engineers in the Manby Gallery, alongside the institute's 'Outwitting Cancer' exhibition.
The event runs from 6pm until 8pm and attendance is free. Please click here to find out more.
