Hands-on sushi workshop for Boarders

As part of our programme of weekend activities, our Chef de Partie, James Gilley, ran a sushi-making workshop for boarders on Saturday 23 November.
James taught boarders the intricate art of rolling sushi. They used sushi rice, salmon, tuna, tofu, cucumber and panko chicken to create their own delicious bento boxes, and were able to take away their creations at the end of the session.
The girls had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the workshop.
