Sisters Emma and Rachel Poppleton have won a national competition to design a Wallace and Gromit-themed cake.

Their incredible confection proved the most popular in an online poll, and has helped to raise awareness of Wallace and Gromit’s Children’s Charity.

The victory comes just months after Emma won a runner-up prize in an international animation competition organised by Aardman animation.
