The agonising wait is over, and the results of this year’s House Performing Arts Competition are in!

In the week before half term, each House performed and recorded a programme of music, dance and drama items in the Clarissa Farr Theatre. Every aspect of each production, from casting and choreography to costume and lighting design, was managed entirely by the pupils themselves, and the standard was extremely high.

There were prizes available for individual performers and co-ordinators, as well as awards for Best Dance, Music and Drama performances and the overall House Performing Arts Trophy.

Our guest judge was the actor Jeff Nicholson, who is currently starring as Boycie in Only Fools and Horses in the West End. He recorded a wonderfully detailed and heartfelt adjudication.
