Keeping Healthy and Happy this Term

April is Stress Awareness Month and a timely reminder of how important it is for us all to look after our physical and mental health. With a busy Summer Term ahead and exams approaching, we hope the following check list of suggestions from the Stress Management Society will support your health and happiness over the coming months.
