The creative writing students had a real treat when Miss Cholena Maurer, Lead Boarding Assistant, gave an author talk and reading this week.

She has recently independently published her debut novel, The 7 Lives of Milly Gray, and this is available to purchase on Amazon. Students were able to learn about the publishing process and what it takes to become a published author and writer. They loved the Q&A and especially loved listening to Chapter 1 being read by the author.
