This Sunday, Mr Sheldon is taking on the challenge of the RideLondon Essex 100 in aid of Asthma + Lung UK. This is the cycling equivalent of the London Marathon, with the route starting in central London and heading out via the Olympic Park and Epping Forest to Great Dunmow and Felsted, before returning via Chelmsford and Ongar to finish on Tower Bridge.
