We are delighted to announce that Queenswood’s new Chair of Governors is Ed Sautter, MA (Cantab). Ed is a parent of two OQs (Victoria, who graduated in English from Magdalene College, Cambridge in 2013, and Caroline, who is currently reading Human, Social and Political Studies at Pembroke, Cambridge). 

He has been a Governor since 2007; at present he chairs Queenswood Enterprises Ltd and is responsible for Public Benefit. Ed is a highly respected solicitor and a Partner with Mayer Brown International, specialising in the resolution of financial disputes.

Ed takes over from Clare King, BA, FCA, who served as Chair for nine years, and as a Governor since 1996. All members of the Queenswood community – Governors, staff, pupils and parents – are profoundly grateful for the many years of service, support, guidance and friendship that Clare has offered, and we wish her every happiness for the future.
