Mr Kelley and Mrs Leigh were delighted to host the first meeting of the Newsletter Club this week and to welcome Q's newest reporters, Year 7 students Leah, Maddie, Eva and Ophelia.

The team quickly got to work identifying the regular articles and type of news coverage they like the most in the current newsletter, before sharing with each other some most innovative and exciting suggestions for future content. It was quickly agreed that a 'Recipe of the Week' feature would be of interest to our readers and putting this together will be the team's first project.

As a joining gift, Mr Kelley and Mrs Leigh gave each member of the new club a book to read over the coming weeks. We look forward to hearing the girls' thoughts on their book of choice and to reading their book reviews, which we hope to share with you too.

If any other students are interested in joining the club, please sign up on SOCS and come along on Tuesday lunchtime between 1.45pm and 2.15pm. The club meets in Heads End Study (the meeting room opposite the Admissions office in Trew).
