In the last few newsletters we have shared with you some virtual highlights of the School's facilities. Our last stop was to see the Swimming Pool and it is from here that the Admissions team move on to proudly showcase the Design & Technology Department when they tour visiting families.

Our DT facilities are excellent: we have a dedicated building which houses our specialist studios for Textiles and Design (in which CAD, 3D printing and vinyl cutting take place) as well as a very well-equipped Product Design workshop which houses our laser cutter.

Pupils joining Queenswood in Year 7 will receive a one-hour lesson each week from one of our highly skilled Design and Technology teachers and the subject is a popular choice when students refine their option selections.
