Queenswood are through to National Schools Hockey Finals!

Queenswood won a thrilling, nail-biting play-off against Hurstpierpoint College on Thursday 12 December to reach the National Finals of the Schools Hockey Championships.
After 70 minutes, the teams were tied at 2-2, and faced the daunting prospect of penalty-flicks.
Five penalties apiece still couldn’t separate the teams, and so the match went into sudden death. Alice Wills slotted a textbook goal past the Hurst keeper, before Victoria Fishpool made an impeccable save to preserve Queenswood’s 7-6 lead and send us through to the Finals, which will be played in the spring.
