The Queenswood Music tour of Tuscany during the October half term was a tremendous success.

Forty singers and instrumentalists spent five days immersing themselves in the rich cultural heritage of Florence, Pisa and San Gimignano. They performed concerts in stunning venues, including the Cattedrale di San Zeno in Pistoia and St Mark’s English Church in Florence.

In their free time they visited Lucca, birthplace of Puccini, and even got the chance to cook their own gourmet four-course meal in a sumptuous Lucchese villa.
