This week, students in Year 13 began a ‘Ready for the Real World: First Aid Awareness’ course with Nurse Cornish.

The course involves three one-hour lessons on first aid including basic life support, defib, common health issues, asthma and anaphylaxis amongst other things.

These vital life skills are crucial in preparing Year 13 for life beyond Queenswood, and we are very grateful to Nurse Cornish for sharing her expertise.
