On Saturday 13 January, Marta, Alicia, Miriam and Bea, our Spanish boarders, shared family recipes with their fellow boarders and staff. Our Year 7-9 full boarders enjoyed learning how to make croquetas and tortillas. The Spanish families were on hand by video call, if advice was needed! There was also an opportunity for the boarders to test their knowledge of Spain in a very competitive Kahoot.

Thank you to Marta, Alicia, Miriam and Bea for all of the time and effort that they put into leading a brilliant boarders’ activity. The food was ‘muy delicioso’ and we are already looking forward to exploring other cultures over the coming terms with our Nigerian and Chinese boarders keen to share their recipes.
