Spanish Pupils Cook Traditional Tortilla

On Saturday 25 November, Spanish Q boarders cooked a delicious Spanish tortilla.
This consists of peeling, cutting and frying three potatoes with olive oil over medium heat. Place them in a bowl with five eggs and mix them, then frying in a pan with oil and waiting for the mixture to fry on the bottom. Once done, flip it quickly to do the same on the other side. Quickly put it on a plate and.... Enjoy!
To make it even better, they accompanied it with a plate of Serrano ham. Delicious!
