We are delighted to report that Year 10 Tennis Scholar Edie G (above, second from left) has just returned from Portugal, where she represented Great Britain at the U16 Winter Cup.

The team progressed all the way to the semi-final, where they narrowly lost to Spain in a deciding doubles match. Edie played one singles match, which she won in three sets, and three doubles matches, winning one and losing the other two in match tie-breaks.

This is a terrific achievement and an unforgettable experience for Edie. Congratulations – we’re very proud of you!
