Year 12 students enjoyed a wide range of activities during Enrichment Week, with a focus on life skills for university and beyond.

On day one, Sarah Thorp, International Education Training Consultant and former Director of Sport at Queenswood, ran a morning of leadership seminars in Bellman, focusing on female empowerment. In the afternoon, the pupils learned self-defence techniques with a Krav Maga practitioner.

Tuesday was spent at the Freud Museum in Hampstead, and on Wednesday there was a carousel of sessions focusing on finance, cookery and…ballroom dancing! Thanks to Mr Paine (Head of Maths) and his dancing partner – and national Latin finalist – Natasha Mistri.

On Thursday, attention turned to UCAS and careers, with special sessions for those making early applications and those considering taking a gap year.
