The Year 7 Science Club had great fun this week investigating engineering using spaghetti and marshmallows. Teacher of Science, Ms Sheikh, explains the investigation:

Engineering is thought to be one of the fastest growing fields in world, we focused on structural engineering. Structural engineers can work on a vast range of projects; buildings, bridges, ships, aircraft and oil rigs.

In science club we used spaghetti and marshmallows experimenting with shapes to create strong structures.
