On Friday 2 October, Queenswood’s Careers Coordinator Pippa Reid accompanied five Sixth Form girls to the Canary Wharf offices of Credit Suisse, to attend their ‘Modern Muse’ Careers access programme for 17-18-year-old girls. Around 180 girls attended from a range of London schools.

We were invited at the kind invitation of a parent, Mrs Sarah Fuell, who later on took us on a fascinating tour round one of the Credit Suisse Investment Bank live trading floors, where we were given a personal talk on the principles of investment banking by a senior manager.

The girls found the visit extremely insightful,and very enjoyable. It certainly shed new light on an exciting range of possible careers.
