Practical Cookery

Practical cookery is taught to every pupil in Years 7 to 9 in our state-of-the-art cookery suite, popularly known as ‘Haute Quisine’.

From September 2024, pupils in the Sixth Form will have the opportunity to participate in the Queenswood Quisine programme.

This course is designed for Sixth Form students to learn key cookery skills through a broad range of recipes, with a view to cooking for travel or independent life.

This is an entirely practical course of study; the curriculum is global, modern and delicious, instilling a lifelong love of cooking whilst providing a broad range of skills.
