The Fault in our Stars by John Green
The Fault In Our Stars is a beautiful, heartwarming book that is a must read. Hazel is a 16 year old girl who is diagnosed with cancer and her parents make her attend a support group.
One day, she goes and meets Augustus, a handsome boy who is also ill. After a fire sparks, we see how their friendship grows and how love still conquers all.
Auggie is a young boy who was born different. And some people don’t like that. One day his mum sends him to school and he meets new friends and faces the challenges of primary. We hear the wonderful tale of Wonder through the eyes of three children in this incredible book. It shows that we should never judge a book by its cover. So take a look and read.
Percy Jackson Collection by Rick Riordan
For any younger years who are thinking about taking classical civilization. Welcome to your helping hand! Percy Jackson is a fantasy, adventure book all about friendship and overcoming challenges. However, it also helps you understand the Greek Gods a little bit more through its strong portrayal of them all. Join Percy on a mission to save Olympus, satisfy Zeus and attempt to be a ‘normal’ teenager.
One of Us is Lying Collection by Karen M. McManus
One of Us is Lying is an exceptional thriller series that will keep you on the edge of your seat throughout. This captivating book series is one of the best I have come across. A murder in detention seems big, but watch as it spreads further and further, through the books, forming a twisted web of lies, secrets and frauds. But there's only one thing for sure, one of them is lying.
