Head of Business and Economics

We are seeking a well-qualified and experienced Head of Business & Economics from September 2025, to lead in the management of this department. The candidate should have excellent managerial skills and be keen to contribute to the wider life of the School and they would be required to teach A-level Business and Economics.
This post would suit an experienced Head of Department or teacher looking for their first management role. We are also happy to consider applications from those with wide experience in Business and Economics who have moved into a teaching career.
Ability to teach both A Level and BTEC courses and experience of running Enterprise programs would be advantageous.
Queenswood is a GSA, BSA, HMC Boarding and Day School for approximately 480 girls aged 11-18, set in beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, easily accessible from North London.
