Housemistresses at Queenswood play a vital role in the pastoral and academic well-being of the students. The Housemistress of Swanwick House is responsible for approximately 60 Year 9 and Year 10 Flexi boarders.
This post would suit an experienced practitioner in pastoral care with QTS status, or someone looking for career advancement.

This is a residential post and the job holder is required to live in the Boarding House. Benefits include year round free accommodation in the Boarding House, with all associated expenses, free meals during term time, paid school holidays and use of school facilities. Involvement in the wider life of the school is expected.
