  • Terms of booking for Queenswood Swim School

    1. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis (existing clients are given priority during registration week only). Places can only be confirmed once full payment has been received.
    2. Lessons are 30 minutes duration.
    3. The course runs for a period of 10, 11 or 12 weeks as specified above.
    4. All classes have a 1:7 teacher pupil ratio.
    5. Once the booking has been confirmed no refunds can be offered. Unfortunately missed lessons cannot be refunded or made up.
    6. All spectators are to sit in the balcony area.
    7. Swim England, ASA or STA Qualified instructors teach all abilities.
    8. SWIMMING HATS MUST BE WORN BY ALL BATHERS.
    9. No outdoor shoes or flip flops to be worn in the changing rooms or poolside. These must be removed and left in the foyer.
